Explore MeditationAt age 13, Tamzin found her friends turned to her for all their counseling needs. Fast forward to 2024, she is now a hypno-counselor with over 10 years of experience running her private therapy practice, which she successfully built up alongside a full-time job in secondary education. Tamzin is passionate about helping others to recognise their full potential and step into their authentic, unapologetic selves & their best lives. She helps her clients achieve this through gentle exploration, open conversation, hypnotherapy, NLP, counseling, inner child work & a range of other tools. Tamzin has created & facilitated several mental health & well-being workshops & offers a variety of therapy programs designed to support clients in losing weight; stress management; & childbirth; etc. She also teaches meditation & mindfulness & even offers past-life regression sessions. Tamzin believes deeply that no one should feel the way she has, lost & alone, in a world full of people, living lives that they feel don’t matter. She wants to help her clients develop a sense of belonging, purpose & meaning. Tamzin always strives to spread empathy, compassion, understanding & love of self & others with her clients & the world. Alongside her business, she is busy looking after her children & walking her therapy dog. She once jumped out of a plane for charity; did a whistle-stop tour of Europe; has driven supercars; & loves singing, dancing & writing poetry. Tamzin is also a published author.
