I Am Enough

I wrote this song as a prayer to encourage us all to let go of the belief that we are not enough & in doing so find a deeper sense of peace & happiness. At the time of writing, I didn’t realize how embedded in our culture the ‘I Am Not Good Enough’ doctrine actually is. It was only as we began touring in 2022 and experiencing audiences’ responses to this song, that I discovered that this is a global wound that many people carry. I hope we can all let it go and live more embodied healthy lives.
