'Gate Gate Paragate Parasamgate Bodhi Svaha' This mantra is deeply powerful for soothing the heart and nourishing the spirit and translates as 'Go go far beyond, far beyond to where the wisdom lies'. As you meditate or chant, I invite you to tune into your innate wisdom, the wisdom of spirit or the land beneath you. To breath loving-kindness and gratitude from the earth into your heart and from your heart through your whole being and out into the world.
