I have a question.
As a neurodivergent,
Do I owe people an apology?
I've been masking and hiding myself for a long time.
There are sides to me that I have kept private and secret that many people may feel deceived as to who I really am.
My abilities,
My capacities,
And frankly,
My personality has been very much hidden.
It doesn't surprise me when somebody comes up to me and says,
I had no idea.
For some people,
There is this feeling of being left out because there's sometimes this feeling of,
Why didn't you share this with me?
I thought we were friends type of vibe.
I am allowing myself to live more freely publicly now because I am guided to share my spiritual perspective.
The spiritual journey in learning about your neurodivergence is one and the same.
Many of us do unmask publicly because there are initiations.
A lot of these initiations have to do with the throat chakra.
When a person has no idea,
This wasn't a mistake on your part.
This was nothing that you did.
There were always choices that I made for my life based on how safe I felt.
Because I am usually private,
I am often perceived.
Meaning people make up conclusions about me based not really on any kind of real factual information but instead based on a narrative about me.
They really have no other choice but to make conclusions based on their own opinions and imagination.
A lens of which is projected through their own personality and trauma.
Being perceived is often very telling.
This leads me back to my original question.
Do I owe people an apology?
Do you believe that a person owes you?
Insight to their very own intimate truth of who they are.
