Welcome to your Evening Wonder Walk.
Hi,
I'm Rachel,
A stoke coach in Park City,
Utah.
I believe movement is a form of self-love.
And ending the day with presence is just as important as how we begin it.
This walk is about softening,
Reflecting,
And coming home to gratitude.
A moving meditation to close your day with intention.
As you walk,
Stay open to wonder in the fading light.
Let gratitude guide your steps.
Allow silence to be your companion.
And trust that even the smallest details,
The glow of a light,
The sound of evening,
The cool air,
Can be gifts.
This is your time to unwind,
So let's begin.
Walk gently,
Letting your body release the day with each step.
Take a deep inhale through the nose.
And a soft exhale through the mouth.
Again,
Breathe in deeply.
And let it go with ease.
One last full inhale.
And a gentle sigh out.
With every step,
Allow yourself to soften,
Release,
And return to presence.
Ask yourself,
What am I ready to release from today?
And what am I grateful to carry forward?
Let these two questions guide your steps.
Release with the exhale.
Receive with the inhale.
Notice how the light is shifting around you.
Maybe it's the golden fade of sunset,
The glow of streetlights,
Or the first twinkle of stars.
Let this transition remind you,
You too can soften into evening.
As you walk,
Feel your body relax.
Shoulders dropping,
Jaw softening,
Steps slowing.
Each stride is an invitation to let go.
Now bring your attention to small beauties.
The way shadows stretch,
The sound of crickets or evening chatter,
The feeling of cool air on your skin.
These are gentle gifts of the night.
Pause here.
Placing one hand over your heart if it feels comfortable.
Call to mind three moments of beauty or kindness from today.
They don't need to be big.
A smile,
A taste,
A laugh,
A moment of stillness.
Hold them close.
Let gratitude wash over you.
Take a few steps in silence with those moments.
As this wonder walk completes,
Feel yourself arriving home.
Not just to a place,
But to yourself.
Take one more deep inhale.
And a slow exhale.
Carry this gratitude with you into your evening,
Into your rest,
Into your dreams.
Thank you for walking with me.
Remember,
Every step can be a spark,
A spark of joy,
A spark of wonder,
A spark of creativity,
Excitement,
Or connection.
Carry that spark with you into the rest of your evening.
