Welcome to the seven part chakra meditation series where you can balance each chakra by itself.
This meditation can be done at any time when you feel you need to energize a specific chakra.
Let's begin.
Go ahead and close your eyes.
And take in a deep breath with your belly and not your chest.
Exhale.
Now bring your focus to your root chakra that sits at the base of your spine.
The color for the chakra is red.
Bring the color red into your awareness.
See a ball of red light forming in your root chakra at the base of your spine.
This red light is the size of a dot and slowly begins to expand into a bigger dot.
As you see this red light expand,
I want you to say to yourself that I am safe and grounded.
I am always supported and protected.
I feel safe in my body.
I am worthy of respect.
I am healthy,
Well and strong.
I am proud of myself.
Now check back in to see if this red light is still bright and has expanded into a big light as big as a big red ripe juicy tomato.
If so,
Then let's just concentrate on maintaining that size with listening to my voice for some more support for your root chakra.
Or if not,
Then also just listen to my voice but concentrate on increasing the size of your red light.
I release all my fears and doubts.
I am confident.
I am worthy of love and care.
Everything comes to me in exactly the right time and place.
It is safe to feel the way I feel.
I am guided,
Guarded and protected.
Your red light should have stayed the size of that big red juicy tomato or at least increased to a larger size than it was before.
You have now balanced your root chakra and can begin to open your eyes and return to the present.
This is a meditation that you can return to at any time to balance your root chakra.
