The cat pulling its tail.
You're going to bring left leg forwards and bring your right hand to your right foot.
And come round.
And pull.
And stretch.
So this is a nice counter pose.
To lots of forward folds and forward bends.
Bringing the body off the floor and you can even lean down a little bit further if you want to stretch a little bit further and bring your arm along the floor.
And stretch.
If you want to bring your head to the floor You can stretch even further and then start pulling.
Into the hand.
Pushing down with the bottom foot,
Opening up.
And looking behind at your tail.
And then drawing in.
And one more push.
Push out.
And just feel that stretch right through the shoulders and the legs.
Along the body.
Walking across the chest.
And then let's go the other side.
So roll over,
Bring your right foot in front of you and grab your tail.
And stretching out.
And then look at your foot,
Which is your tail.
Has anyone seen a cat pulling its own tail?
I don't think they have.
It's a story.
Maybe it's a new story,
Someone wants to write it.
See if you can see your big toe.
Changing your peripheral vision.
Push down,
Open up.
If you want to lift up with the arm again,
You just go and lift.
And structure just a bit more.
Inhaling coming back up.
Cat pulling its tail,
Namaste.
