In this guided meditation, we will explore following curiosity and tuning into the natural flow of your thoughts and sensations. What if you could approach your mind with gentle curiosity, observing without judgment, and discovering new perspectives within yourself? What if simply noticing your inner experience could bring clarity, calm, and a sense of balance? Take a few moments to create a calm environment. Lower the lights, light a candle, or find a quiet corner where you can be uninterrupted. When you are ready, lie down comfortably, and let everything else fade into the background. Simply follow the sound of my voice and allow yourself to soften into stillness.

Welcome to your meditation today called Following Curiosity.

Take a minute to get settled in.

Find a lying position in any way you find relaxing.

Take your time to give yourself anything you need to be as comfortable as possible.

Feel free to cover your eyes if you wish.

Once you feel settled start by taking a deep breath in and as you exhale allow your eyes to get heavy.

Start noticing your natural breath.

Just observe.

Observe the rise and fall of your chest every time you inhale and every time you exhale.

Continue watching your breath.

Watching your breath not with any judgment but with curiosity.

Keep witnessing your breath in this way with curiosity.

Curiosity.

How much easier would your life be if following your curiosity was the goal?

I want you to think of a time when listening to your curiosity took you somewhere you wouldn't have imagined yourself in.

Somewhere much better than anything you could have planned.

Maybe it made a positive impact on your life.

Maybe it brought a lesson.

An experience that made you wiser,

Sharper,

Making your future decisions easier.

Because that is the magic of curiosity.

It always helps you get to know yourself a bit better.

So for this moment just connect with your breath and this calm space of connection with yourself.

Allow yourself the space to listen to your curiosity.

What has it been trying to tell you lately?

What has been piquing your curiosity lately?

For a minute imagine what wonders could come into your life if you decided to follow that call.

That call from your subconscious mind in the form of curiosity.

Just allow your mind to wander now and to create possibilities in the beautiful world of your imagination.

From all the possibilities I'm going to invite you to choose one.

The one that excites you the most.

And now explore how you could follow your curiosity that way.

What steps would you need to take?

Could you take the first step this week?

Now you know it will either bring wonders to your life or a lesson making your future decisions easier.

So why not follow your curiosity this week?

Because maybe,

Maybe your curiosity has always known the way.

And it always will.

Go back to observing your breath now.

Noticing the rise and fall of your chest.

Every time you inhale and every time you exhale.

Bring your awareness back to your body and slowly start making any small movements that feel good.

Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes or moving your head slowly side to side.

Now start making any bigger movements that feel good.

When you are ready you're going to bring your arms over your head and have a big stretch.

And now bring your knees to your chest.

Give yourself a hug.

Slowly walk in side to side if you find it relaxing.

At your own pace you're going to roll onto your right side.

You're going to hold it there.

Recall for a moment where your curiosity just showed you.

And at your own pace,

If you want,

Keeping your eyes closed,

You're going to come back into a seat in possession.

And right where you are you're going to take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Two more times.

Take a deep breath in,

Long breath out.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and you're going to let it out through your mouth.

I wish you a week full of curiosity and the magic following it brings.

Namaste.
