Hello,

Hello my loves.

How are you today?

Good,

I know.

This is just a reminder.

You guys,

You know I like to remind you because that's what I'm here for is to remind you.

When I remind you,

I remind myself.

This is a reminder that sometimes we can get so far ahead in life that we forget to focus on the now and to just be and the stillness and peace that is inside of us.

This is a little poem I put together called Just To Be.

For now,

I'm just going to be.

I am being like the tree that is rooted in one space and during all seasons and loving its neighbors by giving and receiving.

I'm being like the Sun that rises and falls without resistance.

One that shines bright when it's time.

One that reflects light on the moon without complaints.

I am being like the rain that gives water and nourishes our body and this land.

I'm just being like the air.

One that flows freely,

Giving life to all things.

I'm just being like fire.

One that heats up and forces change,

Yet also providing comfort to those in need.

I am being like the mountain,

Standing tall and firm in its place,

Grounded in solid foundations.

I am for now just going to be like the stars that light up the skies with the trail leading to divine destinations.

Oh,

I'm being as the earth.

As the earth is rooted,

It is shining.

It is flowing,

Blowing.

Oh,

It is radiating,

Yet so firm and solid is the earth.

Just for now,

I'll just be.

Just for now,

I am.

I love you my loves and remember when your day looks like you can't find a way,

Go inside,

Find a stillness and peace and receive what you need by just being.

I am.

I love you.

Talk to you later my loves.

Bye-bye.
