Boundaries

Times get hard we can't sometimes tell the day from night. But we must hold on to our inner divine light. Set boundaries and don't let guilt eat at you. Its the conditioned brain that want to control.

I am back again! Good day as it is. This is Lashandria coming at you. Hello, Hello. I'm going to talk about a few things. Trust, Challenge, Wounding, Learning, And strength. Test, Fighting and control. Challenge, To overcome and not fear. Speak up and out, To let go of what no longer can adhere. Wounding from the family, Emotional and physical abuse, Neglect and rejection, Father or mother, All of your family or sister or brother, We must learn to let go. Learning is essential for us. No matter how much we want our family's friend and those to heal, We can give them advice but can't make them change. Understand that part is up to them. Strength is to embody the strength of setting boundaries and not allowing those to take advantage of your kindness. We must learn that the triggers that arise during fights or mishaps not to take flight. We don't have to run from the fight but stand up and speak with love, Emotional courage, And embodiment of the spiritual light. The adversary that eliminates the optical illusions are just to fear-based and keep you afraid. I want you to know that you are able to forgive and love. This allows the heart to grow stronger and the love to move deep, Deeper within. The heart expanding, Not being taken away by anyone, Any man. You are worthy of love, The same love that you give others, Not expecting it from anyone else, Not your mother, Sister, Brother, Children, Grandchildren, Anything else further. You are worthy to receive love from others and trust them, But remember it must come from within as you are a reflection of the mirrored actions outside of you.
