Thank you for this day.
God,
Thank you for every waking moment.
Thank you for the breath that gives me consciousness in my body,
God.
Thank you for all things that are from you,
God.
Thank you,

For my hard times,
God,
And my good times,
God.
Thank you for those who are here in my life now,
God,
And I thank you for those who have passed away or who have been left behind,
Oh God.
It was because of your will,
Oh God,
That I let go of things that cannot serve my highest and greatest good.
God,
I pray right now for this country and nation as a whole,
God,
That we may come together in oneness and in unity and peace,
Oh God,
That we may be able to forgive one another and love one another,
God,
As we are a collection of you.
God,
That we may speak good upon one another,
That we may lift each other and empower each other in your holy presence,
In your holy name,
Oh God.
Oh God,
Cleanse our hearts and renew us a right spirit,
Oh God.
Oh God,
I come seeking,
Oh God,
Looking for you,
Oh God.
You said knocking the door shall be open unto me,
Oh God.
You say seek and I shall find,
Oh God,
I'm seeking,
Oh God,
In a mighty need of your love and your guidance,

I'm knocking,

At the door.

As I enter into this new place,
This newfound land,
Oh God,
I ask that you keep me covered from the fogs and flowers of my enemy,

That I may serve you in reverence,

That I may lift you up in revelation,
Oh God,
That we may be empowered and steeled in peace,
Oh God,
That we may bring love and justice and unity,
Oh God,
For one another,
Oh God,
That we might not look down our nose at one another,
Oh God,
That we may love one another in kindness and great gestures by doing great deeds,
Oh God.
Oh God,
I open my entire vessel up to you,
For it is yours before it was mine,
Oh God,
So I open it up,
Oh God,
That I might be used to do a great work,
Oh God,
That I might reflect your image,
Oh God,
Your image of compassion and love and empathy and kindness and peace and joy and abundance and in health and in financial freedom,
Oh God,
Allow me be the reflection of that,
That I may go and tell all of the world it was God who sent me,
It was God who did all those wonderful things,
And it is God who shall work through my ever-flowing being as long as I live on this side of the land,
Oh God,
Let my heart be on earth as it is in heaven,
God,
Let me continue to give praises unto you,
Even if I don't know where I'm going,
God,
I know you know,
Oh God,
Let me be patient and faithful and compassionate with myself,
Because I am only human,
God,
But I ask for your holy anointing,
The Holy Spirit to enter into this place right now,
Oh God,
That we may be called upon your will and your way in your name and know that we can always come to you,
Oh God,
You are just,
You are justice-serving,
God,
You are a peaceful,
Merciful field,
God,
God,
Yea,
Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
For thine is my rod,
My staff,
And thine comfort me,
God,
Let me continue to spew out the words of love and lift those up who need it,
Oh God,
We come to you as this country faces so many turmoils,
God,
But I know you are divine,
God,
Who looks down at us,
Bring us back,
Oh God,
Deliver us from the hands of our enemy.
