Welcome to this shamanic journey to the eternal heart. We will be inviting in the plant spirit medicine of Rose, to assist us in this journey. A shamanic journey is a ceremonial ritual that we can enter into with deep intention; holding a specific question in our awareness. For this journey, I invite you, to ask the question, “What does my heart want me to remember?” During this guided experience you’ll hear the rhythmic sound of the chakapa plant, inviting you to enter into an altered-state of consciousness. This will allow your spirit to go on a journey between realms, or worlds, where you can receive guidance or engage with helping spirits. You will be fully guided to return back to your body at the end of this journey, so you can feel free to follow where your spirit takes you.
