Alpha relax takes the listener on a 60-minute binaural journey from 10hz to 8hz. The song starts with a 10hz Alpha binaural beat accompanied by washed-out piano notes. The piano stops just after 8 minutes with a sustained note playing alongside the binaural beat. Around 30 minutes in the binaural beat shifts to 9Hz then into 8hz for the duration of the song as the accompanying note slowly fades away leaving the listener relaxed and refreshed.
