My Inner Yes For Life is a live Soundful Experience centred on the Solar Plexus: our sense of identity, personal power, and the space between how we see ourselves and how we believe others see us. Recorded live on Insight Timer in March 2026 with more than 300 people listening together, the composition begins with resonant frequencies and slowly gathers movement through tambourine, claps, beats and guitar. As the pulse grows, the experience begins to sway, breathe and come alive. The lyrics and melody were not written beforehand. They arrived as a real-time download within the music, becoming an honest expression of what the whole experience had been moving toward: an inner yes. A yes to who we are. A yes to being seen. A yes to possibility. A yes to life. There is nothing to force or achieve. Simply listen for the small, truthful movement within you that says: Yes. I am here. And yes, I choose life.
