Connect With Your Spirit Guide Meditation

In this meditation you will be guided to connect with one of your Spirit Guides to receive any guidance you might be seeking or are open to at this time.
Allow yourself to gently journey with them and experience a moment of relaxation

Welcome to your meditation today. I invite you to take this as a moment to really connect with yourself and your spirit guides. My invitation is for you to have your journal nearby and get ready for some deep moments of relaxation. Start to find a comfortable laying down or seated position. Take a moment to connect with everything that has happened in the day and what is happening after. Envision it all outside of you as if you are in a safe bubble right now. Away from it all. And within this bubble nothing can touch you. You are grounded and rooted in this safe space for you right now. So starting to take a deep breath in through your nose. And again in a neck deeper with your body. Is there any tension within you? Where do you feel it the most? And feel it all melt away out of your body. You might even want to gently stretch your hands and arms or legs. Feeling the shift within your body. And as you ground deeper and deeper within your body. Feel yourself almost floating. Relaxing deeper and deeper. Take a moment to connect with your mind. Any thoughts? Any worries? Anything in the way? Let it all go now. It's a time only for yourself. Taking another deep breath in. Feeling now ready for your journey to begin. Start to feel yourself journeying into a beautiful nature. Feel the noise of water in the distance. Of waves calling you to get closer and closer. Knowing that you are safe. You start to walk towards the sound of the waves. Knowing it will take you exactly where you're meant to be. Going deeper and deeper into your journey. Hearing the waves becoming louder and louder. Until finally you see the waves right in front of you. A beautiful beach that might be illuminated by the moon or the sun. Notice. You start to see a figure in the distance. You don't fully see them yet or recognise. But you start to see that they are waving as they get closer and closer. Here they might look like someone you know or a figure you've never seen before. But they smile and say hi. As you look at them closer you feel their energy. And as they get closer to you. You instantly feel the love that they have for you. And this fills you with joy. As they take you in a loving embrace. This is one of your spirit guides. And they are here today to bring you a small message of guidance. And to check in with you and your energy. So feel them connect deeper and deeper with you. As they mention that they are always around you. And they remind you that you can always reach out to them. And ask them for a message of guidance. Something to help you guide your day or the week. Or anything else you need guidance on today. Feel them receive your request for guidance. Your question. As they gently place one of their hands on your heart. And invite you to listen to the guidance they have for you. As you are ready to receive it now. They might show you a symbol or a word. A symbol to keep inspiring you into the guidance that you have received. A word to keep reminding you of the guidance within you now. Feel them now give you a gift of power to flow into your third eye. Help you connect deeper with your intuition. A power to help you remind yourself that they are all around you. So take this power into your third eye. Feeling it flow all within you. And feel gratitude for them for their gift and guidance. As they give you a final lovely embrace. To reconnect with them whenever you need them. A moment to say goodbye as you start to journey back. Back within your body. And taking the guidance, The messages, The power with you. As you start to take a deep breath in and out back within your body. Feel ready with another deep breath in and out.
