Welcome to this new day.

Before it begins to unfold,

Give yourself this quiet moment to arrive,

To breathe and to gently awaken.

Notice your breath as it greets the morning,

Steady,

Simple,

Alive.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in fresh air,

Fresh possibility.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing the weight of yesterday,

Softening into this moment.

See yourself as a tree beginning the day.

Your spine rises with quiet strength,

Like a trunk reaching towards the light.

From the soles of your feet,

Roots spread downward into the earth,

Giving you a steady foundation.

With each breath,

They anchor you,

Reminding you that you are supported.

As morning light touches your branches,

You feel a subtle energy flowing upward.

The body awakens gently,

Filled with calm strength.

There is no rush,

Just the rhythm of the breath,

Steady and true.

Above you,

The sky is wide and spacious.

Each inhale draws in clarity.

Each exhale releases what is no longer needed.

You are both grounded and open,

Rooted and ready.

If thoughts of the day ahead arise,

Allow them to drift like early morning clouds across the sky.

You don't need to follow them,

Let them move,

Slowly and quietly,

As you return to the steady rhythm of your breath.

Take a moment now to feel gratitude for this new beginning,

For the chance to start fresh,

To bring steadiness into whatever awaits you.

Rest here for a few breaths,

Rooted in the earth,

Open to the sky and centered in yourself,

Strong,

Calm and ready.

And when you are prepared to return,

Invite a gentle movement into your fingers,

Your toes.

Allow the breath to deepen,

Awakening your body with care.
