Welcome to Yoga Nidra for Abundance.

Yoga Nidra is a journey into the state of yogic sleep,

The state between wakefulness and sleep where profound transformation can occur.

My name is Rianne and I will be your guide for this practice.

During this time,

There is no goal or objective other than practicing deep awareness.

Simply listen to the sound of my voice and allow yourself to be present in this moment.

I invite you to settle into a comfortable position,

Ideally lying down.

Use any props or cushions to ensure your body feels fully supported.

If lying down is not accessible to you,

Feel free to remain seated,

Ensuring your spine is long and your body is at ease.

You may allow your arms to rest by your sides,

Palms facing up in a gesture of receptivity if that feels good to you.

You may also close your eyes if that feels safe and comforting,

Or let your gaze soften.

Make sure you are in a space where you will not be disturbed.

Yoga Nidra is often referred to as the yoga of sleep,

But it is so much more than rest.

It's a practice of deep,

Broad awareness,

Allowing you to connect with your inner self and unlock the layers of your being.

This journey will focus on abundance.

Abundance in any form that resonates with you,

Whether it be love,

Prosperity,

Opportunities,

Or fulfillment.

Whatever abundance means to you,

Allow yourself to embrace it fully.

At the end of our practice,

I will gently count you back to signal the completion of our session.

For now,

Let's begin.

Take a deep inhale through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing tension as you exhale.

Let's do this two more times.

Deep inhale,

Hold,

Slow exhale.

With each of these deep breaths,

Allow your body to feel heavier and more grounded.

With each breath,

Allow your body to settle deeper into the surface on which you are lying.

Now let your breath find its natural rhythm.

There's no need to control it.

Simply observe.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your belly,

The coolness of the air as it enters your nostrils,

And the warmth as it leaves.

Practice being aware of your breath.

Allow your breath to anchor you in the present moment.

With each breath as an invitation to go deeper into stillness and relaxation.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Allow your scalp to soften.

Feel a wave of relaxation flow down the back of your head,

Your forehead,

Your temples,

Your eyes.

Soften your eyes.

Soften your cheeks.

Relax your jaw and let your tongue rest gently in your mouth.

Notice your entire head and how heavy and relaxed it feels.

Notice your entire face and how soft and relaxed it feels.

Let this wave of relaxation flow down your neck,

The back of your neck and down to your shoulders.

Let your shoulders relax and sink heavily.

Become aware of the tension melting away as your shoulders sink into the surface beneath you.

Bring your awareness to your right shoulder,

Your right upper arm,

Your right elbow,

Your right wrist.

Notice your entire right hand all the way to your fingertips.

Let your arm be heavy,

Sinking into the surface beneath you.

Become aware of your left shoulder,

Upper arm,

Wrist.

Notice your entire left hand all the way to your fingertips.

Notice your entire left arm as it sinks into the surface beneath you.

Become aware of your chest.

Become aware of the rise and fall of your breath.

Allow the relaxation to travel down your back,

Releasing any tension held there.

Become aware of your back,

The upper back,

The middle back,

Your lower back.

Release the tension there.

Notice this relaxation wrapping around to your belly,

Releasing any tension in your belly,

Your hips,

Your pelvis.

Become aware of your right thigh,

Your right knee,

Your right lower leg,

Your right ankle all the way down to the tips of your toes.

With your next exhale,

Let your right leg grow heavier and more at ease.

Become aware of your left hip,

Your left thigh,

Your left knee,

And down to your left lower leg.

Your left ankle all the way down through your left foot to the tips of your toes.

On your next exhale,

Let your left leg grow heavier and more at ease.

Notice your entire body from head to toe sinking in the surface beneath you,

Heavy,

Relaxed.

In this state of relaxation,

I invite you to connect with your sankalpa,

Your heartfelt intention.

Let this sankalpa be a positive,

Present tense statement.

For example,

I am abundant in all areas of my life,

Or I attract opportunities effortlessly.

Repeat this intention silently to yourself three times,

Planting the seed of your intention deep within your being.

Imagine yourself standing in a lush,

Vibrant forest.

The trees around you are all tall and strong,

Their leaves shimmering in golden sunlight.

You feel a gentle breeze on your skin,

Carrying the scent of flowers and earth.

This place feels alive,

Abundant,

And filled with endless possibilities.

As you walk through the forest,

You come across a clearing.

In the center of this clearing is a treasure chest.

You feel a deep sense of excitement and curiosity as you approach it.

When you open the chest,

It is filled with symbols of abundance.

These could be objects,

Words,

Feelings,

Whatever represents abundance to you.

Take a few moments to explore these treasures.

Feel their energy,

Their vibrancy.

Know that these symbols are reflections of the abundance already within you.

Now let your awareness expand beyond the treasure chest.

Imagine streams of golden light radiating from the chest,

Spreading across the clearing,

Through the forest,

And into the world around you.

Feel this light connecting you to the infinite abundance of the universe.

Notice how it flows effortlessly,

Without limits or boundaries.

This light is a reminder that abundance is not something outside of you.

It is within and around you,

Always accessible.

As you bask in this golden light,

Notice how it feels in your body.

Perhaps there is a sensation of warmth,

Of tingling,

Of expansion.

Let these sensations affirm your connection to abundance.

Imagine this light filling your entire being,

Every cell illuminated with the energy of prosperity and possibility.

Trust that this light will guide you,

Bringing abundance into every aspect of your life.

Visualize yourself living in a state of complete abundance.

See yourself happy,

Fulfilled,

And thriving.

What does this look like?

What does it feel like?

Allow these images and feelings to grow stronger,

More vivid.

Bask in this energy of abundance.

Trust that it is already yours.

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Imagine with each inhale,

You are drawing in abundance.

And with each exhale,

You are releasing any doubts or fears.

Inhale abundance.

Exhale doubt.

Inhale abundance.

Exhale doubt.

Let this rhythm fill you with a deep sense of trust and openness.

Before we close,

Let us revisit the sankalpa you set at the beginning of our practice.

Bring your heartfelt intention back into your awareness.

Repeat your sankalpa silently to yourself three times,

Affirming its presence in your life.

Feel it taking root even deeper within you,

Nurtured by the journey you've just experienced.

It's time to begin our journey back.

Slowly bring your awareness to the surface of your body.

Feel the support beneath you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a deep breath and let it out slowly.

I will count back from five to one.

When we reach one,

You will be fully awake,

Refreshed,

And filled with the energy of abundance.

Five.

Becoming more aware of your body.

Four.

Bringing movement to your fingers and toes.

Three.

Becoming aware of the surface beneath you and the room around you.

Two.

Taking a deep,

Energizing breath.

And one.

Fully awake,

Refreshed,

And abundant.

When you are ready,

You may open your eyes.
