Her journey began with a four-year battle with chronic depression. Despite her deep faith, prayer, counseling, and medication, she continued to suffer. Purely by accident, Rhonda began to integrate meditation with the scriptures and found profound freedom and relief in a matter of months. Since 2005, Rhonda has turned her personal victory into a global mission. She developed a somatic, Christ-centered practice that combines deep relaxation with Holy Scripture to "take every thought captive." Since then, she has an expanded Christian meditation library of over 100's of guided meditations and affirmations, impacting thousands of lives. She is the author of The Christian Meditation Journal, The Sanctuary Membership, My Morning Sanctuary Program, the 40-Day Biblical Soul Reset, and more. Rhonda is also a Christ-Centered yoga instructor and author of the faith-based guide-"No Prep Yoga Plans."
