40hz Binaural Pure Tone | Gamma Brainwave Entrainment

Note: Must use earbuds/headphones: One of, if not the most clinically studied binaural tones, 40 Hz generates improvements in cognition, math performance, memory recall, and even musical performance. 40hz is so important for brain health, even finding affirmation in the work of clearing amyloids from the brain, the build-up of which is one of the most pernicious causes of degenerative brain diseases like Alzheimer's. This is much more pleasant than the on-market buzzing options. An hour of listening a day can be very helpful, especially if paired with a 40 hz light. Thank you!!!
