Being constantly inspired.
This is a concept that we always want to be inspired.
How do we ensure that we have that inspiration as a constant in our life?
When we have inspiration,
We'll do better.
We'll have a better relationship with our loved ones.
We'll do better in work.
We'll just be happier even when we could really be motivated in life and maintain that motivation.
So what is a way for us to really maintain motivation?
One of the ways is through giving charity.
That could be either giving money to charity,
Giving to organizations,
To poor people,
Or giving our time volunteering and helping people.
By doing this,
We're actually connecting to a higher source of energy.
And this is what was discussed in last week's Parsha,
The Mishkan,
The tabernacle,
The moving house of God that was with them in the desert.
We said that the Mishkan was founded on charity,
That everyone brought their donations for this tabernacle in the desert.
And we can connect to the Mishkan,
Even though it doesn't exist,
It exists in a spiritual way we said through synagogues and through us in our lives being involved in holy matters and giving of ourselves like we said giving charity we can connect to this powerful energy to maintain that motivation and strong desire in our life for goodness no matter what we're going through and this is also connected to this week's Parsha Torah portion the lighting of the menorah that we're lighting the light in our life we're illuminating our life and we're elevating the negative aspects of our life to the positive positive and negative energies to positive energies.
We're elevating ourselves from worry to faith.
And this is connected to charity.
We convert and connect the energy of negativity to positivity.
And just like when they were in the desert,
They were traveling with the mishkan.
They were traveling with the tabernacle.
They were going through dark places in the desert and they were refining those places.
We have the power to get through our challenges and to get through our negative times.
Elevate them to the positive and our life will start to be more positive.
May we merit this in our lives.
God bless you all.
