Welcome to another minute sound bath meditation.

Thanks for sitting with us.

Now let's find a comfy position.

And let's get into some alternate nostril breathing.

Take a deep breath in.

And breathe out.

Let's close the left nostril.

And inhale on the right nostril only.

Now let's close the right nostril.

And exhale on the left nostril only.

Keep the right side closed.

And now inhale on the left nostril only.

Close the left nostril.

And exhale the right nostril only.

Now let's try that one more time.

Close the left nostril.

And inhale on the right nostril only.

Close the right nostril.

And exhale on the left nostril only.

Keep the right side closed.

And inhale on the left nostril only.

Let's close the left side.

And exhale on the right nostril only.
