This Sound Bath is a wonderful conversation between 20 Tibetan Singing Bowls that span three octaves, beginning with a deeply resonant 2nd octave E bowl, and up to a scintillating 5th octave D# bowl. The track features a lovely middle section that explores the monaural beats and oscillations among a set of 3rd octave and 4th octave bowls that is gently transformative and uplifting. Gentle, distant piano arpeggios echo the C major pentatonic tonality established by the 4th octave set of Chakra bowls, beginning around 25 minutes into the meditation. The 38” Paiste Brilliant Series symphonic gong makes its entrance at the 38-minute mark with its unique depth and resonance. The Sound Bath closes with the 3rd and 4th octave bowls reappearing with the distant pianos tapering into a gentle fade to silence.
