Connect With Your Universal Consciousness

In this meditation, I guide you to reconnect with your infinite, universal consciousness, allowing this powerful energy to flow into your physical life so you can create your reality from a higher perspective, in alignment with your true, infinite self.

Sit up straight and put your feet flat on the floor and then whenever you are ready close your eyes take a deep deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth and one more time take a deep breath in through your nose and when you are ready exhale through your mouth and once again take a deep deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth and then once more take a deep deep breath in through your nose and then whenever you are ready exhale through your mouth focusing on your heart center say I'm asking and intending to create my sacred space I'm asking and intending to quiet my mind and to let go of all of the distracting thoughts distracting information and distracting energies now I ask and intend to raise the frequency and the vibration of my physical cells so that I can expand and align with my infinite self I'm asking and intending for my spirit family of source to be present here with me and to assist me in upholding my sacred space and I'm asking and intending for my spirit guides to also be present with me right now and to assist me in maintaining my connection with the energy of source take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth focusing back on your heart center say I ask and intend to align my physical aspect my physical body with the aspect of me which is infinite and universal take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth now imagining from your heart center that you are now expanding 360 degrees in all directions and that you are now sitting in a bubble of light this bubble of light is your sacred space this bubble of light is about seven to nine feet in diameter and just imagine that you are now sitting in the middle of this sphere of light and this sphere of light is your sacred space you are perfectly safe guided and protected within this space take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth focusing on your bubble of light as you look up you will see that your bubble of light is extending into a beam of light which continues above your bubble all the way up through the ceiling all the way up through space all the way up through clouds past the new earth grid all the way up through the center of the Milky Way galaxy and continues further as you follow it further up you will see that this beam of light anchors you into the center of this local universe take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth so imagine that at the center of the local universe there exists another aspect of you which is universal and infinite this aspect of being is your original essence your original being it is an aspect of you that is universal that is infinite and this aspect of your universal being created the physical you this aspect of your being has the full story about your life about who you are about your original divine lineage it understands your purpose your physical configuration the purpose of your existence and who you really are so just imagining feeling sensing and acknowledging that you from your physical location from your physical perspective your physical aspect you are you are always connected through your own beam of light with your own universal being your universal consciousness you are never separate from it because it is your universal consciousness and your universal being who have created the physical you taking a deep breath in through your nose exhale through your mouth focusing on your heart center say I'm asking and intending to align my physical aspect with my universal consciousness imagining from the center of the local universe your your universal aspect is sending you a ball of light and this ball of light contains the essence the mathematical equation the code information and your original divine DNA so imagining that your universal aspect is sending you down this information from the center of the local universe all the way down through your own beam of light and as this ball of light travels through space all the way down through the center of the Milky Way Galaxy all the way down through the planetary system all the way down through space and this ball of light is now hovering right above you take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth looking up visualize see feel sense and acknowledge this ball of light taking the time to discern and to see and feel the codes the information that is contained within this ball of light information within the form of light remembering that this information is actually universal and that it is the same information as it was at the center of the local universe it still has the same intensity and power so now allowing this ball of light to slowly enter through the top of your head slowly very slowly and as this ball of light enters through your skull all the way down through your face muscles your physical brain all the way down through your neck your throat visualize and allow this light this information to register in your physical cells and to allow you to remember your true divine essence this light this mathematical configuration these light codes carry the information of your divine lineage of your universal aspect the essence of who you really are so allowing this information to register within your physical cells allow it to move all the way down through your chest your lower back your arms all the way down out your hands all the way down your back your stomach your hips all the way down your thighs your knees your ankles and your feet and allow this light to come out to the bottom of your feet and to anchor you into the center of the planet taking a deep breath in through your nose exhale through your mouth focusing on your heart center say I'm asking and intending to activate my true divine essence within my physical body within my physical aspect and it is my intent to allow this energy and this frequency to work through me and to allow me to create my life and to take action in my life from this place of pure alignment with my universal aspect I'm choosing to remember that I'm always connected supported and guided by my universal aspect and that I am never separate from it take a deep breath in through your nose exhale through your mouth now just visualize that this light that these new codes this information is now coming out of your hands as you are working,

As you are creating as you are writing this information is coming out of your hands as you are walking,

As you are taking each step imagine that you are guided by this new light and that you are guided towards your goals from a place of alignment and finally imagine that as you are now speaking that this information that this light is coming out of you in the form of words and that you are starting to create your reality from a new place of alignment being fully guided and supported by your universal aspect your universal self take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth focusing back on your heart center coming back into your physical body ask to be fully anchored,

To be fully present within your physical body imagine that your feet are firmly anchored into the center of the planet that you are fully present and fully focused on this physical reality and on your physical body and then whenever you are ready open your eyes
