Good Morning Giggles is a lighthearted guided practice to start your day with ease and joy. Through a few deep breaths, gentle self-check-in, and remembering something that makes you smile, Nora invites you into soft giggles that naturally grow into laughter. As the laughter unwinds, you’ll return to stillness, grounded and open, ready to step into your day with a brighter heart.

Good morning to this brand new day!

Let's start by taking a few deep breaths.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

In through the mouth.

Placing one hand on your belly,

One hand on your heart,

And taking a moment to notice how you feel.

Bringing something to mind that makes you smile.

Might be your dog or your cat,

A friend,

A lover,

A sunset.

And as you think of this person or this thing,

I invite you to bring the sides of your mouth up,

As if you're smiling.

Gently allowing your lips to go down again.

And then bring them again up,

The corners of the mouth lifting as you think of them.

And relax them again.

One more time.

Bring the corners of the mouth up.

And from here,

See if you can invite in a little giggle.

And maybe this giggle wants to flow into laughter.

Gently relaxing.

Coming back.

Allowing your laugh to unwind.

Taking a few deep breaths in your own pace.

Noticing again how you're feeling.

Wishing you a beautiful day.

And thank you for laughing with me.
