Meditation Timer OnlineNadia is a spiritual practitioner and meditation creator who offers calm, nurturing space for connection, rest, and gentle awakening. Working through a neurodivergent lens shaped by her own experience with ADHD, she creates meditations that welcome wandering minds, sensitive nervous systems, and hearts that need kindness rather than pressure. Her work focuses on supporting the development of intuitive and mediumistic awareness, helping others strengthen their connection to their higher selves, spirit guides, and inner knowing in a way that feels safe and grounded. She shares her passion for yoga nidra, guided spiritual meditations, and astral projection journeys within her recordings. Nadia is also a women’s circle facilitator, Reiki & sound healer and projects these healing modalities into her body of work. She believes spiritual growth does not need to be forceful or overwhelming, and that connection unfolds naturally when we feel supported, seen, and open to recieve.
