'Dawn Entrainment' features the sounds of the four modern third-octave Himalayan singing bowls shown in the artwork, combined with the therapeutic sounds of the dawn chorus, recorded in Hale, Altrincham, near Manchester, UK, by composer, ‘Spiritual Musicker’, and sound therapist, Dr. Nicholas Peters.

Together, these four Himalayan bowls and the dawn chorus produce a beautifully relaxing soundscape, ideal for yoga, spa, meditation, massage, rest, relaxation, and sleep.
