This is a guided breathing session to activate your third eye.
My name is Paul welcome to DeepMindSquared.
This third eye activation will boost your creativity and your psychic abilities.
This practice consists of three rounds of breath patterns.
One round consists of 11 breaths in and out,
Followed by a 45 second breath hold,
A releasing breath out,
And then a sharp inhale through your nose,
Focusing on your third eye point and holding that inhale for 21 seconds.
We then release our breath and begin the process again.
I will be guiding you through this practice.
All you need to do is find yourself a comfortable spot where you can breathe undisturbed for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Sitting in your comfortable spot,
Begin to inhale and exhale strongly through your nose or mouth.
We will do this 10 times and on the 11th breath you will hold your breath,
Release it halfway,
And continue to hold for 45 seconds.
And on the 10th breath,
Release all your toxins.
And breathe in,
Breathe about half out,
And hold for 45 seconds.
Notice your body.
Notice your heart beating.
Feel your circulation.
Breathe out.
Now breathe in sharply through your nose,
Focusing on your third eye.
Imagine a triangle,
If you will.
Feel your third eye glowing.
And on your 10th breath,
Breathe out,
All your toxins.
Now breathe in,
Breathe half your breath out,
And hold for 45 seconds.
And breathe out.
Now breathe in sharply through your nose and focus on your third eye.
If you want to deepen this practice,
Try to look up underneath your eyelids and focus on your third eye.
Focus on light going towards it.
Focus on your forehead glowing.
And breathe out.
11 breaths in.
On the 10th breath,
We breathe out all of our toxins,
Envisioning toxic energy going out of our body through our breath.
And breathe in.
Now exhale half of your breath out,
Keep half in,
And hold for 45 seconds.
Breathe out.
Now breathe in sharply through your nose,
Focusing light on your third eye,
And looking up towards your third eye if you feel comfortable.
The third eye should be filled with light.
And breathe out.
Thus concluding our three rounds.
