If you've been feeling as though your vision for your life is stagnant and difficult to tap into,
This is a guided practice.
It's going to activate your third eye,
Or Ajna Chakra,
Or energy center,
And really allow you to start to bring those dreams to life.
This is a practice that I've been working with folks on and sort of just recognizing within my own life that sometimes when we don't have vision,
It's because things are changing in our world.
So wherever you are on your path right now,
Whether your vision is small in your eyes or big and very out there,
This is going to be a great practice to support you with really tuning into it,
Getting clear with it,
And starting to trust the process.
It involves a little bit of inner child work,
Just so you know,
And a recognition that all the answers are already inside you.
So now,
Let's get into the practice.
Just finding yourself in a comfortable spot and allowing yourself to just take a few deep slow breaths here.
It's by slowing down the body and tuning into the breath that you're better able to receive this guidance from inside.
So on every exhale out,
Just feeling your body relax,
Feeling the weight of yourself here on the chair or on the bed that you lay on.
And just setting the simple intention to be open to receiving guidance.
And the invitation here is to not question what is shown to you,
But rather just be open to receive.
Not thinking,
Just sensing.
Whether you see it,
Feel it,
Or just know it.
So I'm going to invite you here to think about a time,
Especially a really current time in which you thought your vision was just so out there,
Or perhaps you didn't have a vision.
Just contemplating on that and seeing or sensing whatever it is that's showing itself to you.
And where in your body did you feel this feeling?
When you've identified the location of this feeling,
Is it moving fast or slow?
And see or sense,
Really get an idea of what it is that's showing up when this first time that you had this feeling was.
What's happening in this memory?
And who else is present with you?
And now I invite you to validate whatever it was or is that you've been feeling about this.
Whether it's your little child and you have a conversation with them and let them know you had every right to feel this way at this time.
If it helps you to hold or guide your inner child somewhere safe,
You can do so.
Just validating whatever it is that they were feeling at that time.

And how would you prefer this memory to go?

Let it really build up,
Describing it in length.
And now I invite you to fill in the blanks for me here.

Describe what happened to you.
It doesn't mean the story that you wrote about it.
So for example,
Just because my parents told me not to jump super high on the bed because they were scared,
Doesn't mean I can't aim for the stars.
Just because,
Doesn't mean.
And now on your next exhale,
Just letting all of this vision go and tuning into your body,
Tuning into your present moment time.
I invite you to move your body,
Shake out your wrists.
If you want to tap places of your body,
You just sort of wake yourself back up.
And you can open your eyes and just return fully to the space around you.
