
Meditation For Peace, Power, And Purpose

During this meditation you will experience a profound state of Peace while connecting to your infinate source of Power and finally you'll discover your Purpose and reason for being here while you're having this human experience here on Earth. Love and Blessings, Matt

This is a guided meditation for peace,
Power and purpose.
Before we begin,
Please ensure that you have spoken to your doctor to give you the all-clear to engage in guided meditation.
Please only do this guided meditation sitting or lying down.
Do not do this meditation while driving,
Operating any machinery or if you are responsible for children,
Animals or a vulnerable human being.
Please note that whatever sounds you hear,
Either on the recording or where you are,
Are meant to be there.
They are part of your experience.
My invitation is for you to witness and allow any and all sounds you hear.
This is not hypnosis,
So if at any point you need to come out of this exercise to tend to anything,
You will be able to do that.
So now,
If it is safe for you to do so,
Allow yourself to get comfortable.
Palms open and faced up if you can.
Legs uncrossed.
Spine straight,
But not rigid.
Gently closing your eyes as you bring your awareness to your breath.
If you can,
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you listen to my voice,
Breathe in through the nose for a count of four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold the breath at the top for a count of four.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Breathing out for a count of four.
Three,
Two,
One.
And holding the breath out for a count of four before we go again.
Three,
Two,
One.
Breathing in for four.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold for four.
Three,
Two,
One.
Breathe out for four.
Three,
Two,
One.
Hold for four.
Three,
Two,
One.
Continue that breathing style as you listen to my voice.
If at any point you lose count or forget where you are,
Just pick up from wherever you are.
Be where you are.
Staying focused on your breath and the counting for four.
And as you notice the breath going out,
Also become aware of the body relaxing and you finding peace as you turn away from all external situations,
Circumstances,
People,
And places.
As you continue to turn within,
Focusing on the breath,
Going deeper into relaxation as peace takes over the body.
With every breath out,
We breathe out tension.
We breathe out stress.
We breathe out worry.
We hand over anything that is causing us concern to the universe.
This is not irresponsible to do this.
The universe loves you.
It loves helping you.
Just like a parent loves helping a child when they're learning to ride a bike.
The child hands over the balancing bit to the parent.
The child trusts.
You can trust the universe or God or source,
Whatever word you use to describe the isness,
The life that permeates every living being on earth.
You can hand over your worries and concerns as you breathe it out to the universe.
And here,
Now,
You can rest in peace.
Here,
Now.
You don't have to wait until you've laid down the physical body before you rest in peace.
You can give yourself that gift now.
Here,
Now,
All of your needs are met.
Here,
Now,
You are safe.
As you connect to the breath and the life force that runs through you.
The divine life force that runs through you,
That emanates from the core of your being.
Just as the life force emanates from the core of a plant or a tree or a tiger or a kitten or a bird.
You can connect to your life force now.
The source of your life that is within you,
Deep within you.
You can connect to the source of the life force that runs through you.
See it at the core of your being like a spark of light.
Notice this spark of light emanating from the core of your being as it permeates every cell of your body.
This is untouchable.
This is indestructible.
This is infinite.
This is you.
As you rest in peace with your part of the world that you occupy.
Life around you is doing what it wishes to do around you.
It does not have to impact you.
You can notice it all as you move from the divine spark that's within you.
This is your power source.
Just like when our phone battery dies,
We plug it into a source of power.
We connect it to a source of power to recharge it regardless of what's going on around it in the world.
You are connected to source of power at all times.
You are never not connected to source.
You are never not connected to God.
You are never not connected to the universe.
You are never disconnected from source,
From God,
From the universe,
From everyone and everything.
You are always connected especially to your power source.
As you notice that you are connected,
This source of power permeates every cell in your body and you feel full of power.
Another way to say it is you feel powerful.
You are at peace now.
You are powerful now.
As a possibility,
Your purpose is to simply be in each moment and move from this place of power.
And how life wishes to express itself as you in each moment.
And in this moment,
Allow yourself to see images of how life wishes to express itself as you.
Simply allow those images to be there without trying to manipulate them or change them or judge them.
Watch them as if you are watching a movie on a movie screen.
You can ask to be shown even more images of how life wishes to express itself as you in each moment.
We can say,
Hey life,
How do you wish to express yourself when it comes to the work I am here to do?
Hey life,
How do you wish to express yourself with the clothes I am here to wear?
Hey life,
How would you wish to express yourself with the relationships I am in?
Hey life,
How would you wish to express yourself when it comes to how I move my body with my exercise and my hobbies?
Allow the images to come to you now.
Allow yourself to feel how you would feel expressing yourself in this way from a place of peace and power.
Knowing that all of your needs are met,
You are indestructible,
You are infinitely powerful,
Connected to all things.
How would you feel living as life wants to live as you,
As you came here to live?
Allow those feelings to come up in your body now.
See the images,
Feel the feelings.
See yourself being completely at peace,
Living your purpose which is to express yourself joyfully in each moment while connected to a power source,
Full of power.
And in this moment,
Acknowledge your past self for sitting down in this meditation.
Acknowledge your past self for doing this loving act for you.
And in this moment,
Gently bring yourself back into your body.
Back into the here and now.
Moving the fingers,
The hands,
The arms,
The toes,
The ankles,
The legs.
And if it is bedtime for you and you are ready to drift off into a sleep,
Know that you are able to do that.
And if it is daytime for you and you are up to meet the day and be you today,
You are also able to do that.
So whichever one it is,
Allow yourself to do that now.
And if you are able to,
Let me invite you to grab your journal or pen and some paper and just write down what you saw or what you felt.
And have that as a reminder,
As a north star,
As a target to aim for,
A commitment to being.
And please know that whenever you want to,
You can come back to this meditation and do it again and again and again to strengthen the muscles of peace,
Power and purpose.
