Hello and welcome.

Today,

I want to speak with you about something subtle.

Yet profoundly freeing.

Non-attachment to the fruits of actions.

Many of us live with a natural desire for results.

We work,

We give,

We create,

And we hope for something in return.

Maybe recognition,

Success,

Gratification,

A sense of accomplishment.

There is nothing wrong with this desire.

It is part of the human experience,

Right?

But when our peace our happiness our sense of self becomes tied to the outcome.

We begin to live in tension.

We act with expectation.

Rather than presence.

We tie our self-worth to what we produce.

And when the results do not match our hopes,

We feel frustration,

Disappointment,

Or even despair.

Non-attachment does not mean inaction.

That is a misconception,

You know.

It does not mean laziness,

Indifference,

Or giving up.

It means acting fully,

Wholeheartedly,

Without clinging to the outcome.

For example.

Think of planting a seed.

You watery.

You nourish it.

She'll protect it.

But you cannot force it to grow faster.

You cannot demand how high it will reach or how abundant its fruits will be.

That is not up to you.

You can only care for it fully in the moment.

The same is true of our actions in life.

We do what we can to the best of our ability in alignment with our values.

And then.

.

.

We release our attachment to the results.

This practice of known attachment has several profound benefits.

It freezes from anxiety.

And that by itself is huge already.

When we stop tying our piece to outcomes,

We no longer live in constant worry about whether we will succeed or fail.

We can act with presence,

With clarity,

And with joy.

Second.

It opens our hearts.

Yes.

We give,

Serve or create without expectation.

The energy is purer.

More genuine,

Right?

Our actions become an offering,

Not a transaction.

It aligns us with the flow of life.

Life has its own timing.

The results we hope for may appear in ways we do not anticipate.

Or informs we cannot yet see.

By letting go of attachment,

We allow the natural intelligence of life to unfold.

In practice,

Non-attachment is a gentle,

Ongoing awareness.

It is a soft reminder each time we act.

I do what I can.

The rest.

It's not mine to control.

We can notice when our mind cleans,

For example,

When we expect,

When we fear,

When we compare,

When we hold down tightly.

Now we know the mine is clinging.

And with kindness,

We return to the action itself,

The present moment.

Meditation can support this awareness,

Definitely.

Sitting quietly,

Observing thoughts without judgment,

We begin to see that outcomes arise and fade.

While the act itself remains a pure moment of presence.

It is also helpful to reflect.

Have you ever noticed that some of the most meaningful experiences in your life did not come exactly as you planned.

You know,

That even if you try to plan and create like a layout for it,

It didn't happen that way.

Or it was not as meaningful as the things that came maybe unexpectedly as a surprise.

Or that some of the hardest challenges brought the deepest growth.

Non-attachment is the recognition of this truth.

We connect fully.

Yet,

Remain open to the mystery of life.

We can serve,

Create and love.

Without binding our happiness to results we cannot fully control.

Over time.

This practice brings a quiet liberation.

We act with purpose.

Without pressure.

We give yet we do not clean.

Will you fully yet?

We remain peaceful.

Weather unfolds.

So do they?

I invite you to carry this practice into your life.

Notice where you may be holding tightly to outcomes.

Breathe.

Release.

Return your attention to the present action itself.

Simple.

Very powerful practice.

Notice where you may be holding tightly to outcomes.

Notice that without judging,

Right?

Then breathe.

And release.

And return your attention to the present action that you are doing itself.

And then trust,

You know,

That your efforts rooted in sincerity and in presence Always meaningful.

Even when the fruits are not immediately visible.

This is the essence of freedom.

This is the path.

Of the heart.

Thank you.

Or listening and watching.

And for releasing the need,

For results.
