Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely,
And exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension.
There you go.
Bring your awareness to your body,
Noticing any sensations,
The weight of your body on the surface beneath you,
The gentle rise and fall of your breath.
Now bring to the mind the thoughts and feelings that others may have about you.
Imagine them like clouds floating across the sky,
Constantly moving and changing shape.
Some may be light and fluffy,
Others may be dark and heavy.
Observe these clouds without any judgment.
Recognize that they are not a reflection of your true self,
But simply the perception of others.
Their thoughts and feelings are their own,
And you have no control over them.
Just as the clouds drift across the sky,
Let these thoughts and feelings pass through your mind without any judgment,
Without attaching yourself to them.
See them come and go,
Like waves on the ocean,
Ebbing and flowing.
With each exhale,
Release any need to control or change how others perceive you.
Let go of the desire for approval or validation.
Embrace the freedom that comes from living authentically without the burden of others' expectations.
You are not defined by the opinions of others.
You are unique and valuable and worthy of love and acceptance,
Just as you are.
Continue to breathe deeply,
Allowing the sounds just to wash over you,
Feeling the weight of others' opinions lifting from your shoulders.
Sense a growing lightness and freedom within you.
Do you feel that?
As you are sitting or if you're lying down,
Just bathe in all the sounds,
Letting them integrate within your body.
Repeat these affirmations silently to yourself.
I am free from the need to please others.
I am worthy of love and acceptance,
Just as I am.
Release the opinion of others and embrace my true self.

Savor in this feeling right here.
Allow all the sounds just to integrate within your body.
You're listening with your ears and your body,
Keeping your eyes closed,
Letting your mind wander and receive the powerful sounds.
Now,
As this meditation ends,
I ask that you very easily start bringing your body back into the present,
And I'll walk you through it.
Very gently begin wiggling your toes,
Rotating your ankles,
Wiggling your fingers and rotating your wrists.
Very gently.
Maybe opening your jawline,
Licking your lips,
Bringing some movement into your face area.
From here,
Be it left or right or on your back,
I ask that you just lie in your favorite side and just let all the sounds integrate within your body,
Hitting every cell,
Every space that it needs.
Gently bringing yourself up to a seated position,
Maybe rotating your shoulders a bit backwards,
Very gently,
And then forward,
Just breaking up any areas that may have gotten stiff while lying down or sitting up.
Opposite direction.
We'll end with the breathing exercise where we'll breathe in for three counts,
Hold for three counts,
And then breathe out for three counts,
And I'll walk you through that.
Imagine as you breathe in,
You're breathing in,
I am worthy of love and acceptance just as I am.
Hold that at the top,
And then as you breathe out,
You release the opinions of others and embrace your true self.
