Mary Strange, known here as The Calm Coach, offers gentle, grounding spaces for people who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel more at ease in everyday life. Her work centres on nervous system safety, self-trust, and learning to listen to inner guidance rather than pushing or striving. Mary believes that calm is not something to earn, but something we return to when we feel safe enough to do so. With a lifelong interest in psychology, wellbeing, and the healing arts, Mary has trained in therapeutic modalities including Reflexology, Dahn Yoga, The BodyTalk System, and The Three Principles. These experiences now inform her calm, compassionate approach to her work as a calm, supportive guide. Mary holds a BA in Foreign Languages (German and Spanish) and has a deep appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and ways of being. She brings curiosity, warmth, and steadiness to her work, creating spaces where people can pause, breathe, and come back to themselves at their own pace.
