My name is Marcos.
I'm a meditation teacher and here you have a meditation to feel enough throughout the day.
Find yourself a space where you can sit or lay down.
A safe space where you can be yourself and where you can cultivate love.
Where you can tap into that love that is within you.
When you're ready take a deep three breaths.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
If you're feeling comfortable I want you to think about an experience.
A moment in your life where you experience love.
It could be a moment where you were just by yourself or a moment that involved many people around you.
Whatever it is starts to bring that moment back to your mind right now.
Think about your facial expression,
Your body,
What you were wearing,
The temperature,
Where were you,
With who you work with,
And everything that surrounded that moment in time.
Then start to look at what you're actually feeling.
How does it feel to feel this way?
To be experiencing this moment right here and right now.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
This feeling of love sometimes combined with joy.
This feeling is who you are.
This love is an expression.
It's an expression of nature.
It's an expression of God.
And this expression is ultimately you.
You are unique,
Beautiful,
And one of a kind.
And this expression has been given to you only because you,
You,
You are enough.
That's the reason why you can experience love.
You are enough.
You're worth of receiving and experiencing love.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Then as you experience this feeling,
Sometimes our minds can have some thoughts.
Perhaps we experience the arrival of some thoughts of comparison with other person's life.
Or perhaps a thought walk past our mind where we were wishing that we could just be better at something.
For example,
Be better at something that we did at work.
As you sit,
You start to notice that these thoughts are starting to block your feeling of love.
That feeling of bliss.
That feeling of also joy.
I'm here to remind you that these thoughts are inevitable.
They are part of a human experience.
However,
The ultimate truth is that you are love.
You are the sunlight that doesn't disappear because of the clouds,
Because of the thoughts.
The thoughts are there and there will always be thoughts that will come your way.
It's normal.
You are human.
However,
Never forget that ultimate truth,
That ultimate feeling of love because that's who you are.
Regardless of the thoughts that can come your way,
You can always remember that feeling and remind yourself that that's who you are.
A unique and beautiful expression of nature.
As we prepare to close this meditation,
Bring that feeling back to you,
That place,
Those people that were with you in that moment in time and get ready to carry this feeling with you throughout the day.
Remember always that regardless of the clouds,
You know the ultimate truth,
Which is the fact that you are love.
Just because of that,
You are enough.
Once you're ready,
Start to add some movements in your body.
Start to get ready to open your eyes when you feel that you want to do so.
Remember to come back and practice this meditation for 30 straight days and you will learn how to bring back that sense of feeling enough just because you're alive and just because you are love.
Once you're ready,
Open your eyes and get ready for an amazing day ahead.
