Hi.
Here we are.
I hope you are in a comfortable position.
Settle in.
Settle in.
Take your time to settle in.
I hope you're seated or maybe you're lying down and as per usual I would like to invite you to really tune in to how you are.
Bum,
Your bottom or your hip area,
Maybe your lower back as well is touching the surface below you.
It is depending on if you're seated or lying down.
And really feel into your sitting bones.
Is there a difference between how they touch the surface?
You don't need to shift it,
You can of course shift if you want to feel more comfortable But the way you feel,
The way your body is feeling is perfectly in tune with where you are right now.
And see how,
Notice how,
Moving your awareness towards the surface towards where your body touches the surface below you,
Notice how it changes something.
Within you already.
Maybe your breathing changes.
Maybe there is this slight energetic shift where you are able to sink in a little deeper.
Into your body.
Into the being carried by the surface below you.
If you don't feel that at all,
That's also perfectly alright.
You can learn to step-by-step trust that your subconscious will recognize these moments and your subconscious or your inner child or your soul whatever you want to call it feels a little bit safer within your own body.
You feel a little bit more connected.
So from that surface,
That awareness,
Bring your attention to your breath.
No need to shift anything.
Just feel into.
Where is your breathing moving towards?
Is it really mainly in your throat?
And that's okay.
Again,
There's no need to shift anything.
Just feel into it and notice it.
Maybe it's in your throat,
Maybe it is on your chest.
That's also perfectly all right.
Maybe it's a bit lower,
Your plexus is going up and down.
Maybe it is in your belly.
You can feel your whole belly going up and down.
Maybe you can even feel it in the lower belly,
In the hip area.
Your sacral ball Feel your body expand.
And wherever your breath is,
That is perfect the way it is right now.
It is communicating something with you and I would like to invite you to allow that to be.
There's no need to change it.
First say maybe to your breathing to your body okay I notice that my breath is mainly on my chest here.
And that's okay,
That is where it is supposed to be right now.
I am allowing that breathing,
Darling breath.
I am welcoming you right there.
Thank you for allowing oxygen within my body.
I have made it a practice to.
Speak really kindly to my body.
And to not try to shift it and push it but do as often as possible.
Applaud it,
Praise it.
Darling body,
I'm so happy with you.
You're doing a wonderful job.
Even when it's hurting,
Especially when it's hurting.
I have a headache.
Thank you,
Brain.
Thank you,
Brain,
You've been working so hard.
I'm sorry that I maybe pushed you.
I am taking a break right now.
I'll give you some water.
Thank you,
My dear brain.
And so on.
So back to the breathing.
You might notice that the moment you shift.
To saying thank you for my breath to be here.
Being it in the throat,
Being it on the chest.
The moment that it is welcomed,
That it is good as is.
Some extra space seems to be created.
Through the allowance.
Quite often,
Immediately,
Expansion is welcome.
Because we're allowed to soften within ourselves.
Taking a step back.
Not pushing on,
But.
.
.
Allowing to be,
And that is very challenging,
Isn't it?
It is a practice that we can.
.
.
Do in different areas in life.
Is not filling up the room with all our ideas of how things should be and look.
But looking at the room.
And seeing what is already there.
And how does that make me feel?
I like the space.
I like the color.
And the room can be a literal room,
But it can be a metaphor for the body.
I like my breath.
This dream flow through my body,
Isn't it a miracle?
How?
Natural and automatically.
We don't have to think about our breathing.
It just flows.
Now once more,
I'd like to invite you to bring your awareness to your body,
To how you are seated.
Not how,
But to the touching of the surface below you.
Maybe your feet,
The bottom of your legs.
It's also touching the surface.
Maybe you're lying down,
Maybe your back is also touching the surface.
Saddling.
Now I would like to invite you to go to a place within your imagination.
A place that feels safe to you.
It is different for everyone.
And if it is at all possible,
I would like to invite you to go to a place that is outside in nature.
It is your kingdom.
It is your area.
No one can enter the natural surroundings of your kingdom.
Or Queendom,
Whatever you prefer.
Your private heaven.
And everything that you imagine is possible there.
So right now,
You,
Your breath,
Your body,
All of you is within your kingdom.
Listen.
Can you hear the wind going through the trees,
Through the grass?
Are there birds?
Maybe there's a creek somewhere,
Some water flowing down,
Making murmuring sounds along the rocks.
Singing a little bit.
Thank you for watching!
If you are seated or lying down in your kingdom,
I'd like to invite you to get up.
In your imagination.
In the head of you there is a road.
And you start walking down that path,
What does the path look like?
Is it just this earth path,
Barely visible,
Maybe overgrown with grass,
Or is it a broader path,
Maybe cobblestones,
Whatever it is,
Whatever it looks like for you.
That is perfectly fine.
Now You've been walking down the path for some time.
The sun is shining.
And there seems to be.
.
.
Um.
.
.
A fork in the road.
You could go left or you could go right.
Now I want to invite you to really feel into yourself,
To not look at the roads,
Not at the paths.
To go back to your body.
And feel into yourself which path.
Says yes.
And which one says no?
And it's not the paths that say the yes or the no,
It's your body responding to the paths.
Left looks a certain way,
Feels a certain way,
Right looks a certain way,
Feels a certain way What is your body telling you?
And based on that,
You decide and you move forward.
And I'd like to ask you.
You are now moving forward,
You've chosen left or right.
And you're walking on that path right now.
What does it look like?
What made you decide?
That this was the good path.
How did it feel in your body?
What does the path look like.
What?
In the in the awareness of the path made you feel like,
Yes,
This is the path I want to go down to,
Down on.
Hmm.
All right,
So you're walking down the path.
You feel your feet.
Left,
Right,
Left,
Right And again.
A choice is presented in front of you.
There's a road left the road right.
And the root on the left.
It is filled with trees.
It is just a little bit.
.
.
Exciting journey where you would have to climb over trees and through Um.
.
.
Bushes and it is a clear part though but you would have to like be a little bit adventurous maybe.
On the right,
There's a different path.
It is open.
It is soft.
The bottom is covered with this moss.
That looks like stars,
Starry mass.
It's beautiful.
There are trees.
But they are like these lush trees that protect you from the sun.
Even through the trees,
Some sun falls down and it looks like a golden path.
Both parts of their own.
Beautiful journeys.
No.
Which one are you choosing?
You are on your own journey.
You're right here in your own kingdom.
Maybe.
When I mentioned the path,
You already knew.
And maybe this is the moment to tune in to.
What is it again?
You are choosing for yourself in life in this moment.
Is it joy?
Or feeling very much aligned with who you are.
Do you want to feel strong,
Strong within your body,
Strong within your knowing who you are?
Do you want to be in tune with your emotions?
You want to feel deeply nourished and comforted.
Maybe it's all of them,
But maybe right now there's just one of them jumping out.
And then on one hand we can just have this really cool gut feeling of okay left right this is the way I'm going And on top of that,
We can.
And this awareness of okay but my choice My main intention right now in my life,
My focus point,
Is to experience a lot of and then you fill in what it is that you are right now choosing for yourself.
And thus the.
.
.
Gut feeling align with.
Your oasis with your choice,
Because that,
I hope it does,
That's what we're trying to aim at,
Of course.
And does that,
Is there alignment in what path you would choose to move forward?
Sometimes it is needed to take a more daunting path.
And we can feel within our gut feeling that that is the right path.
But maybe our emotions are telling us otherwise and sometimes that can feel a little bit challenging.
So going back,
Going back within.
Bring your awareness to your feet,
How your feet are standing on the path in your kingdom.
I'm breathing.
Your kingdom is very safe and on the left there is the adventurous climbing trees a little bit challenging path on the right there is this golden starry mass lush path.
We don't know where the paths are leading us.
It's just the experience of the path itself.
Which one are you choosing right now?
Which one feels right for you?
To move forward.
To move forward towards your oasis.
There is a saying,
All paths lead to Rome,
Right?
So we can imagine that both paths bring us towards your oasis.
Which path are you choosing to go down on?
All right.
You made your choice.
You decide it.
You decide it and you move ahead on the path.
Could be left.
Climbing and crawling,
It could be right.
A little bit prancing and feeling the softness of the moss.
I will have you let you have your own journey here.
Because I don't know which one you are on.
I'm a bird just flying somewhere in the sky above you.
Whispering these words.
You are on your path,
Experiencing what you are experiencing.
How does it feel?
How does it feel to be on the path you have chosen?
The only reason you are on this specific path is because you decided to take that path.
You feel like,
Oof,
Should have taken the other one.
Or are you enjoying the path you've taken?
And confident within that choice and pushing through.
I'm saying pushing,
Maybe it doesn't feel like pushing at all.
Just,
You know,
Being on a journey,
Sometimes it's.
.
.
Most of the time it's fun,
But sometimes it's challenging.
Maybe this.
Something on the path that you didn't expect.
And then you need to move through the threshold,
Move through that thing that was on your path.
You chose that path.
Now it's up to you to say OK.
This is the path I've been choosing to go towards my oasis.
So I will persevere.
And I will climb this tree or I will move through that little patch of shadow.
That seems maybe a little bit daunting,
But you've got this.
You've got this,
You know you've got this.
You can say it after me,
I've got this,
Because I'm strong and I'm joyful,
Deeply aligned and well nourished.
So we're almost near the end of the journey part.
You're again at a crossroad.
The path you are on is divided into a left and right,
And you are standing there.
Which way shall I go?
Which way shall I go?
And all of a sudden.
.
.
Something moves in the bushes before you.
It's a creature.
It's a gentle creature.
Don't worry.
It's your kingdom.
You're safe.
It's a creature that is showing up.
It's quite big.
It is kind.
And it tells you.
You have to go left.
That's the way you have to go.
You know,
The creature is kind.
It's also big.
Could be,
Maybe it's a bear,
Or something like a bear.
It's not dangerous,
It's not trying to intimidate you,
But it is very clearly communicating that the left side is the way to go.
How does that make you feel in your body?
You look at the left,
The path on the left.
You look at the path on the right.
How do the parts make you feel?
Try to For a moment,
You know,
Let's put the bear on a bench,
Bear is seated,
And you step back a little and you look at the path on the left.
Path on the right.
Which way do you want to go?
Mmm.
Is it hard to decide because the bear already said which way you should go?
Maybe you're inclined to do the opposite just because the bear said something.
Maybe you're inclined to do exactly what the bear told you.
I want to invite you to again go back to feeling your feet.
Feeling your bum.
Neck to your body You are safe here.
Both parts are a good option.
You feel into yourself.
Left or right,
Yes or no.
And your yes or your no is what is important here.
You've made a decision.
The bear stands up again and they tell you,
You have to go left.
I don't know if you are going left or going right.
But I encourage you.
To do what feels good to you,
Because that's what you're here for.
It is your journey.
The bear will stay on the bench.
The bear doesn't have to go down your path.
Bear has done its own journey.
And it will continue on its own journey and maybe.
.
.
You're both going left,
And it's a jolly journey.
Maybe you are going right and the bear is going left and that's okay.
That is okay.
So you continue on your journey.
You're walking your walk.
I want to invite you to really feel into that.
You are on your journey.
The path is the process.
You are saying yes.
Yes to the path,
To your path.
We're all moving towards a certain form of oasis.
It is so very important to enjoy the journey towards it.
And to stay true to our own alignment.
And you are doing wonderfully.
Three times you have made your own choice.
Could you feel it?
Can you feel how you are moving forward to your own oasis?
All right Part of you remains in your kingdom on your path walking forward and this kingdom is always ever available to you to go back to.
Feel into the left and right of choices.
Well now I would like to invite you to come back.
To this dimension,
The dimension where your body is.
To gently feel how you breathe.
Are seated or lying down,
How your body is touching the surface below you.
Softly start moving your fingers,
Your fingertips,
Your toes,
Your feet.
Maybe stretch a bit,
Stretch and yawn if that is what your body needs.
Yes.
Oh.
Wake up the body,
Open the eyes if you hadn't already Allow your breath to go deeper.
Here you are again,
Right where you are ready to say yes,
To say no,
To show up.
For your word and with every word that you follow on through.
You are creating.
The result that you want to.
Achieve in life.
You decide what path you are going on and you go for it.
You are joyful.
You are aligned with who you are.
You are strong and you're well nourished.
I love you.
And don't forget,
You love you too.
