Relaxing Short Quantum Manifestation Meditation

This is a short version of my relaxation quantum manifestation visualization meditation. This is meant to help relax the body, mind and parasympathetic nervous system while you cut ties with things that no longer serve your highest self, and step into the creation mindset energy. It allows you to be fully present and create a new reality that YOU choose, letting go of anything and everything else that no longer serves you. In this mediation, there is also a low tone of 432hz frequency with underlying binaural beats to help relax the body, focus the mind, and help release stress and anxiety. This is best listened to with headphones.

Today,

I'm going to be doing a short version of my Quantum Manifestation meditation for you.

There will be a low tone in the background at 432 Hz,

As well as some underlying binaural beats with green noise,

Which helps to focus the mind and calm the parasympathetic nervous system.

Now,

Let's begin.

This is a Quantum Manifestation meditation,

Meant to help you shift into your highest timeline.

Feel free to save this,

To come back to it,

If you do not have the time or the place to be able to relax with your eyes closed for a little while.

Get yourself comfortable,

Whether it be in a reclined position or a fully lying position.

With your arms comfortably at your sides,

Allow your eyes to softly close.

Now take a deep breath in through the nose,

While feeling the air go through the nasal passage,

Through the throat,

Through the diaphragm and lungs,

And deep into the belly.

Hold this for 6 seconds,

Becoming aware of every part of your body.

Exhale through the mouth for 5 seconds,

Feeling the air come out through the belly,

Through the diaphragm and lungs,

Through the throat,

And lastly through the mouth.

Repeat this breath cycle 2-3 times,

Or until you feel your body fully relax.

While inhaling and holding the breath,

I want you to feel from the top of your head down to the tips of your fingers and toes,

Each part of the body fully relaxing,

Getting heavier and heavier with each breath.

When you find yourself and your body in that total state of relaxation,

I want you to picture yourself as you are in this moment.

What are the things that you are grateful for?

I want you to feel those moments and those emotions of being grateful for things that you have right now in your reality.

Feel the happiness,

The joy,

The thankfulness.

Now I want you to think about the things that you are ready to let go of and part ways with in your reality,

Whether it be something like self-doubt,

Fear of not being good enough,

Any toxic people,

Places,

Things,

Or events that are not conducive to the highest good in your life currently,

Any unhealthy habits,

Anything that you feel deep within yourself is not good for your highest reality.

And with these things,

I want you to picture a cord or a stream of energy that is connecting you to these instances or these things,

This person,

Place,

Or thought pattern like a tether,

And each one is a different color.

Once you have your tethers visualized,

I want you to recognize each and every thing that is there attached to you,

Know it,

See it,

Feel it,

And then I want you to release it by stating,

I release self-doubt,

I release fear of not being good enough,

I release my unhealthy habits one by one.

And with each tether,

I want you to hold it in your hand,

Be thankful it was there to help you grow and release it with gratitude.

One of the best ways,

In my opinion,

To release these tethers is by visualizing a flame.

It doesn't have to be a large one,

But it could be something small but very concise as it hovers underneath this tether,

This cord,

This bond that attaches you to this weight.

I want you to visualize the flame flickering and gently licking up around the cord,

Eating away at it,

Even listening to the sizzling of it.

It dissipates and disconnects,

And as that tether separates,

I want you to picture it as it is energy,

Visualize the tether turning into pure energy and dissipating back into the fabric of the universe.

And as it dissipates,

You will feel lighter.

Once you have finished taking the time and individually disconnecting and separating from each of these tethers,

I want you to bring back your awareness to your body and to yourself.

Now,

I want you to visualize a soft,

Pink energy field surrounding you,

Coming from within yourself as it slowly grows outward into a large circle surrounding your physical and energetic body.

It could be pulsating,

It could be in the form of wispy clouds,

It could be a solid circle,

Whatever you choose.

As you strengthen this energetic field around you,

I want you to now think about things that you want to be brought into your current reality,

Such as self-confidence,

Self-worth,

A healthier version of yourself,

Abundance,

Prosperity flowing in from every direction.

And with each thing that you visualize,

I want you to see yourself in that moment as it has already happened and feel the emotions that come with it,

Happiness,

Joy,

Gratitude,

Excitement for each and every thing.

This is the new version of yourself.

You can even rename yourself like an upgraded version,

Michelle 2.

Or even any other kind of nickname that you want to coincide with this higher version of yourself.

And once you have sat in this state of creation and you feel comfortable,

Bring your awareness back to your body slowly and open your eyes.

Continue to put yourself in those feelings and emotions of gratitude as if all of these things are already here happening in your reality.

Sometimes we will backtrack,

Sometimes we will get stuck,

And that's okay.

In those moments,

I want you to take a step back and say,

What would Michelle 2.

What would the higher version of myself be doing?

And then it helps slip you back into the creation mindset.
