This course is designed for people who live in their heads and want a simple, grounded way back into their bodies. Over three days, you’ll learn how to: • Recognize the difference between thinking about your experience and actually feeling it • Identify the body’s subtle “yes” and “no” signals so you can stay with yourself instead of overriding your instincts • Use breath, movement, sound, and grounding to safely charge and release energy Each day includes clear teaching followed by embodied practices that go beyond visualization. You’ll be guided to listen to sensation, build self-trust, and develop practical tools you can use in real life when you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in your mind. This course is beginner-friendly, experiential, and grounded in somatic therapy principles. No prior experience is needed.
