Live as Hor (The Realised One)
The ultimate purpose in the Ancient Egyptian life was to “live as [Hor], the realised one, the ascendant light”. This meant integrating the conflicting parts of the self, accepting and acknowledging the shadow, doing some work to shed light on it, and transitioning into the harmonious whole. Take it slowly, one thing at a time is enough. We must embrace the dark to bring it into the light.

Hello everyone.
Hope you are well wherever you are.
I wanted to share one of the concepts.
In the ancient Egyptian spirituality.
That concept is called Hor.
Húr?
Her is known as Horos in the Greek.
Terminologies,
But in the Egyptian uh language is called whore and score.
Means the realized one,
Means the awakened one.
It means the ascended light.
Um,
And that's besides that he is.
.
.
Also a nether,
Which means a nature,
One of the characteristics or facets of the one true creator,
One of the faces of it.
Is also the meaning of how to live.
In an awakened or in a realized human path.
And this is what we are all striving for.
This is what our purpose,
One way or another,
Leads us to.
It's the same end goal at the end.
And to live as whore,
We need to unlock.
A few things.
We need to understand the dark parts of us,
The conflicting parts.
Make friends with it,
Acknowledge it,
Allow it to be,
And then dive deep into one part at a time.
And.
.
.
Start shedding light on that forest.
Starts working with it by healing.
Um,
By some practices that you're used to or maybe practices that you want to learn.
As it can come up at the spare of the moment.
And then.
.
.
You can understand one part of yourself.
Can unlock it and allow it.
Then the conflicting parts are not fighting.
It's not.
.
.
A win situation or a lose situation.
It's more of integrating them,
Working together rather than fighting.
Um.
.
.
And it works like that.
Every time you unlock or you release one part,
Then you continue going into that spiral instead of unlocked.
Cycle The cycle becomes spiraling,
Going upwards,
And then you start seeing different parts of you that needs also to be realized or shed the light on it.
And eventually,
You are on the path of the hero,
Which the word hero came from.
Or.
Peru.
And the hero.
So I invite you to take it step by step.
You can get there.
So.
Good luck.
