We'll begin by having you settle into a quiet,
Comfortable space where you can sit or lie down.
Gently close your eyes,
And take a deep breath in,
And slowly exhale.
Take another deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely,
And let it go,
Releasing any tension or resistance.
Feel yourself settling into this moment.
There is nowhere else you need to be,
Nothing else you need to do.
This is your time to simply be present.
Now,
We're going to bring your awareness to your throat,
The center of your voice,
Your self-expression,
Your ability to communicate with honesty and clarity.
Imagine a soft blue light glowing in your throat,
Like the sky at dawn.
With every inhale,
This light expands,
Filling your throat with warmth and ease.
With every exhale,
Any fear of speaking your truth dissolves.
This is the space where you honor your voice,
Where you welcome truth and honesty,
Not only with others,
But with yourself.
If you have ever silenced your emotions,
Held back your truth out of fear,
Or struggled to express your needs,
Allow this blue light to gently dissolve any blockages.
You do not need to force anything,
Just breathe and allow.
Trust that your voice matters.
Silently affirm to yourself,
I speak my truth with love.
My words are powerful,
And they are enough.
It is safe for me to express who I truly am.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your attention to your heart space.
Imagine a warm golden light glowing at the center of your chest.
This light represents your inner truth,
Your emotions,
Your tenderness,
Your courage.
Vulnerability is not weakness,
It is a profound strength.
It is the willingness to be seen,
To express your truth,
To step forward with an open heart even when uncertainty is present.
If there is something in your life that makes you feel vulnerable right now,
Acknowledge it with kindness and love.
Rather than resisting it,
Imagine holding it gently,
Like a small flame in your hands.
Silently affirm to yourself,
It is safe for me to be open.
It is safe for me to feel.
I am worthy just as I am.
Now imagine standing in a soft golden light,
Like the morning sun embracing you with warmth.
This light is acceptance,
A reminder that you are held,
Supported,
And loved even in your most vulnerable moments.
You don't need to have all the answers.
You do not need to be perfect.
You are enough just as you are.
Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.
We'll begin now to bring awareness back to your surroundings.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
Stretch your legs and hands.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Carrying this sense of openness and truth with you into the rest of your day.
