Hello gorgeous and welcome to the Align and Shine podcast.

My name is Karyann and I will be guiding you on a morning meditation for positivity.

Let's begin by bringing awareness to our breath and focus on not only releasing old energy but creating new energy within our body.

When you breathe in,

Fill yourself up with new fresh energy.

On your next inhale,

Imagine the radiance and the sensation of sunlight on your face.

Maybe even tilting your head,

Breathing in and smiling,

Feel your skin tingle and your cells awaken and your heart expand to the sun's positivity.

Think now of something that you are grateful for or that brings you joy.

Maybe it is a smile,

A smile,

A place or something in nature.

Connect with that sensation of happiness within your body,

Drawing and attracting more happy experiences towards you.

Now bring your attention to your day ahead.

How do you wish to feel today?

Calm,

Energetic,

Blissful,

Empowered,

Confident?

You decide.

See yourself feeling that way.

Feel it into experience.

Say aloud or in your mind's eye,

I am excited for my day today.

I choose how I want to feel.

I deserve to have an amazing day.

I am a magnet for miracles.

Miracles are taking place in my life.

Everything always works out in my favor.

I attract abundance and success into my life.

I can do amazing things.

Continue breathing in the sun's glorious energy,

Drawing its positive light closer and closer to you with every inhale.

And with each inhale,

Imagine how positive your day will be.

Slowly begin to come back to your body now.

Feel the warmth and glow of sunlight.

Feel it radiating and vibrating all over your body and through your body.

Feel the sunlight wash over you from your head to your toes.

And wiggling your toes and your fingers.

Embrace the sensation that that bright white light is now within you.

That you are a beacon of positivity,

Happiness,

And joy.

Smiling,

Open your eyes to embrace a positive day ahead.
