
Silent Meditation (Singing Bowl)

In this silent meditation, we are guided into silence by a singing bowl, where we then stay for a while before I strike the next note. Allow yourself to be mindful and kind to yourself. If thoughts or feelings arise, whatever is there - let it be. Silence is your friend. Please also note: Meditation does not replace therapy.
