Bee's Breath Meditation - Humming

Today we will practice the Bee's Breath Meditation (just the humming). This meditation is a good way to calm down and center yourself again. The bee's breath, also known as bhramari, will be practiced by inhaling through the nose and while exhaling we will begin to hum, just like a bee. May you find comfort in humming, and hearing your own voice.
