Hello Joshua, I really enjoyed this one as well. All your meditations bring me a sense of safety.
As for a request, would you be able to do a root chakra meditation? I have always struggled with feeling safe and and at home in this world. I am also finding it hard to cope with the loss of identity that comes with being a new mom (sorry if that’s too much information) and I feel like my root chakra needs some balancing, so if ever you could do something like that, that would be awesome. Thank you very much.
