There is nowhere else you need to be right now.
Nothing you need to fix.
Nothing you need to become.
For these next few moments,
Simply allow yourself to be.
Begin to become aware of the natural rhythm of your breath.
The inhale.
The exhale.
The space between the inhale and exhale.
Allow the breath.
To become a doorway.
A doorway into stillness.
A doorway into presence.
A doorway into the truth of who you are.
Feel the support beneath you.
The chair.
The cushion.
The floor.
The Earth.
Let yourself be held.
You do not have to hold everything right now.
You do not have to carry every thought,
Every question,
Every responsibility.
For now.
Allow the Earth to hold you.
Allow the breath to support you.
Allow this moment to receive you.
Bring your awareness now to the center of your heart.
Not only the physical heart.
But this sacred heart space within you.
Your divine heart.
The place of knowing.
The place of tenderness.
The place of light.
You do not need to imagine anything perfectly.
Simply become aware of this space.
Notice what is here.
Softness.
Warmth.
Stillness.
Emotion.
Even numbness is welcome.
There is no wrong experience.
Now gently imagine a small point of light within your heart center within your divine heart.
Saw.
Steady.
Radiant.
This light does not need to be created.
It is already here.
It has always been here.
Even when hidden.
Even when forgotten.
Even when life felt heavy.
The light remained.
With each breath,
Allow this light to become a little brighter.
Not forced.
Not dramatic.
Just naturally awakening.
Remember,
The light is intelligent.
Breathing in,
The light grows.
Breathing out,
The body softens.
Breathing in,
The light expands.
Breathing out.
You release.
Allow this light to begin moving through your chest.
Across the heart.
Into the shoulders.
Down the arms.
And into the palms of your hands.
Allow the hands to be filled with light.
Feel the sparkle of light in your fingertips.
Now,
Allow the light to move through the belly.
Through the hips.
Down the legs.
Into the knees.
The calves.
The ankles,
The feet.
Allow the soles of the feet to be filled with beautiful,
Divine light.
Allow the light now to move upward.
Through the throat.
The face.
The back of the head.
The crown of the head.
Your whole body gently illuminated from within.
Light in the body.
Light in the Breath.
Light in the cells.
Now imagine this light moving even deeper into every cell of your body.
Every cell receiving light.
Every cell remembering light.
There is light in the cells.
There is light in the DNA.
Light within every strand,
Within every layer.
Within every part of your being.
You do not need to understand this with the mind.
Simply allow the body to receive.
Allow the light to move.
Allow the remembering to begin.
And now,
Gently bring your awareness to the Antahkarana the tube of light above your head.
This is the Bridge of Light.
The sacred connection between your higher self and your human cell.
The Pathway of Remembrance.
Imagine this tube of light above you.
Within you.
And all around you.
A column of radiant light connecting Heaven and Earth.
Spirit,
And body.
The divine and the human.
The Onto Karana is a bridge of remembrance.
A bridge that reminds you.
You are not separate.
You are not forgotten.
You are not alone.
You are connected.
You are guided.
You are divine.
Allow the bridge of light,
The Antahkarana,
To strengthen into your awareness.
Light above you.
Light within you.
Light beneath you.
Light moving through the crown of the head.
Moving through the heart.
Moving through every cell.
Through every strand of DNA.
Through every part of the physical and etheric body.
Now silently or softly within yourself.
Receive these words.
Remember who you are.

Not the roles you have played.
Not the fears you have carried.
Not the stories others have told you about you.
Not the limits you were taught to believe.
Beneath all of that,
There is light.
There is love.
There is divinity.
You are divine.

In the subtle bodies,

The light is within you.

The Anta Karana remains available to you.
Always connected.
The bridge of light remains.
You can return to it through the breath.
Through the heart.
Through remembrance.
You Place one hand over your heart if that feels comfortable.
And receive this final blessing.
