Feel the solid earth beneath you,

The vast sky above you.

You are here,

Right now,

As you breathe,

Remember,

You are inherently worthy.

Just as rivers flow without effort,

Just as the sun rises without asking permission,

Just as the earth turns in perfect rhythm,

So too do miracles and blessings flow in the natural order of your life.

You are not separate from this dance.

You are a vital part of this living,

Breathing ecosystem.

The universe wants to give to you.

The universe delights in your delight.

It longs to pour blessings into your open hands just as it pours rain onto the earth.

Expecting miracles is an act of sacred remembrance,

A return to the natural rhythm of the universal flow of life.
