Beloved,

Your inner voice,

The self-regulating,

Calming,

Motivating inner voice that guides you toward your most authentic self,

Is your voice for a reason.

Your inner voice can be one of condemnation or conviction.

Will you let it bring you down or lift you up?

Will you let it scream negativity to your soul or will you let it whisper words of love and peace?

Decide right now,

In this moment,

To regulate your inner voice.

Now,

Breathe.

Choose to take those negative thoughts,

The ones that told you you weren't worthy,

The ones that told you you don't deserve the best that life has to offer,

The ones that told you you're just not enough,

And especially the ones that told you you were just too much.

You take those negative thoughts right now and hold them captive.

Speak peace to yourself.

Speak love to yourself.

Speak joy to yourself.

The peace,

The love,

The joy you speak to yourself will brighten those dark corners of your soul.

Go live and give today with optimism and verve.

Meet your Teacher

I love the way you say it! All that I need to tell my little self that was only crushed by selfish people (my family) for all my life. As I lived with them hoping that all that I did for them would be returned at least in equal measure. Instead I lost myself along the way and I don’t know how to be selfish for my health and heart. Your presentation gives me a glimpse into what I have to do And that’s okay to do so. My new psychologist, as my previous one retired, has been trying to light my “pilot light” to give myself the courage to take care of my health. I have the self esteem level of an ant. I’d tell my friend even an acquaintance more encouragement than I give myself. I don’t know. I don’t think it’s a pity party — because no one benefits from my self deprecation. I think I’ve let too many people walk all over me with cleats such that blood has seeped out. How does one inflate their own ego? To resuscitate it. Thank you for your service. Merry Christmas where the Real 12 days of Christmas starts in a few days!! Party -On! Blessings to you and all on the journey. Warming, Anne

Without thought, the words immediately brought a releasing sigh, then, an easy small smile that continues.
