Alternate Nostril Breathing
With the index finger,
Close the left nostril.
With the first finger,
Place in front of Agnia,
Between the eyes.
Breathing into the right nostril.
Feel the energy coming into the sinuses as you breathe into the lower abdomen.
Breathing into the lower abdomen.
Down the right side of the spine to the base.
As you breathe out,
Release.
Feel the energy coming up the right side of the spine back to the sinuses.
Again,
Deep abdominal breath.
Feel the energy in the sinuses and down the right side of the spine.
On the out-breath,
Release.
Feel the energy coming up the spine into the sinuses.
Again,
Breathing into the lower abdomen.
Feel the chi in the right side of the sinus and the spine back to the base.
On the out-breath,
Feel the energy coming up the right side of the spine,
Out to the sinuses.
And one more,
Breathing.
Sinus,
Abdominal breath,
Down to the base of the spine.
Relax,
Breathe out.
Energy up the base of the spine,
Up the spine,
On the right side to the sinus.
Now change nostrils.
Breathe into the left side.
Close the right,
Finger on the third eye,
Breathing in.
Abdominal breath,
Chi and air in the sinus,
Down the left side of the spine to the base.
Release from the left side.
Bring the energy up the left side of the spine to the sinus.
Again,
Abdominal breath,
Breathing into the sinus,
Down the left side of the spine to the base.
From there,
Release.
Bring the energy up the left side of the spine into the sinus.
Again,
Breathing into the lower abdomen.
Energy into the sinus,
Down the left side of the spine to the base.
On the out-breath,
Bring energy up the side of the spine on the left again.
Breathing in to the abdomen,
Feel the energy come through the left
sinus,
Down the left side of the spine to the base.
And on the out-breath,
Up the left side of the spine,
Back to the sinus.
Normal conscious breathing,
Sitting comfortably relaxed,
Chin slightly down,
Tongue rolled up,
Eyebrows up.
Lower abdominal breath,
Chi and energy into the sinus and into the abdomen.
Relax,
Calmly sitting.
Feel the energetic changes within your body.
Observe.
Calmly sit,
Touch your feet,
And give thanks for all the bounty that we here are set to enjoy.
And so it is there.
