Transform Your Relationship With Money
In order to attract anything into our lives, we first need to look at our own internal processes. In this meditation, I invite you to readdress that balance and redefine the relationship between money from one of scarcity and fear to one of playfulness through the power of imagination and the creative mind. Enjoy this fun visualisation in which you will be shifting your mindset around money to one of joyful abundance!

In order to attract anything into our lives,
We first need to look at our own internal processes.
How are we related to our desired goal or the object we wish to have more of?
With money,
Time and resources generally,
This is no different.
If we look at money,
Probably from the most desired aspect,
In the pursuit of a happy life in modern society,
It is an energy form,
It is a currency like electricity,
And how we approach money will have a corresponding effect.
For many,
Money is surrounded by fear,
Guilt and judgements.
The whole thing becomes very serious and heavy.
Ask somebody to talk about money and invariably the first thing they will discuss is a lack of it or how they need to make more.
I have caught myself doing the same thing many times before now.
It's almost a default and it becomes another object,
A projection of the conditioned response to see what is lacking or what is wrong.
In this meditation,
I invite you to readdress that balance and redefine the relationship of money from one of scarcity and fear to one of playfulness.
Playfulness allows us to access the creative mind and automatically dispels the fears.
It helps us to transmit the energy of receptivity and ease,
Informing our whole being to be open and receptive to new possibilities.
The creative power of the mind must not be underestimated.
It is a key to an infinite potential.
So let's have fun and play a game now,
One in which we use our imagination.
Lie or sit comfortably now.
Close your eyes and focus on the blackness behind your eyelids as you follow my words.
You begin to see a scene open up around you.
It is somewhere beautiful,
Somewhere you feel happy and relaxed.
Maybe a garden or a local park or perhaps it could be the beach.
Take in the scene.
What do you see?
Maybe there are plants and trees.
Perhaps there are animals and birds.
Do you see the sky?
What is on the ground?
What colours and textures do you see?
Get a full 360 degree view of your surroundings.
What about the sounds?
Do you hear the movement of leaves rustling in the wind or waves crashing?
Perhaps the sound of birds or perhaps the sounds of life going about its business.
Feel the ground beneath you.
What does it feel like?
Perhaps it is rough or perhaps it is smooth.
How about the air?
Is it warm or cool?
Can you feel the sun on your face?
Perhaps it is in the cool of the evening.
Do you feel any breeze?
Now for smells.
Perhaps you smell the flowers nearby or the dewiness of a meadow.
Perhaps you smell the ocean breeze and the sea water.
Perhaps you smell the scent of woodland or the earth.
Let your imagination take shape.
What is on the ground?
What colours and textures do you see?
As you begin to establish the scene and relax into it,
I invite you to imagine what money would look like if it were personified as a character.
Allow your mind's eye to envisage money as a fully formed figure.
This character is an aspect of your consciousness represented in a physical form.
It could be in the form of a human or an animal or perhaps a fictional character.
It might be a popular character,
A scene on the TV or on the theatre stage.
Just take a few moments to see what appears and have fun.
Imagine yourself standing in front of this character or person and name this character.
The name could be more obviously linked to money,
One of a well-known character it represents or it could be one that just comes to you.
If nothing comes to mind,
That's fine.
I will be referring to the character as your friend.
You start to feel a playful feeling rise up in you,
Like the feeling of meeting a childhood friend.
And you take the hand of your companion and look into their eyes.
You take a moment to talk to them like you would a child talking to their playmate in the playground.
And in your own words,
You invite them to have fun with you.
Invite them to stay and play a game with you now.
You watch as they begin to smile and agree excitedly to play together.
You go on,
Telling them that you would love to go on an adventure with them.
You have got so many plans and dreams that you would love to enjoy them with.
You see the character smiling broadly,
Looking so pleased that you have finally managed to connect with them and that you get what they are about and you welcome them.
The response is a resounding YES.
They ask you to show them what you want to do and they say they will make it happen.
Your friend waits in anticipation,
Enjoying the scene next to you.
You take a moment to let your mind wander onto what it is you would most enjoy doing with the means to be,
Do or have whatever you desire.
Your thoughts crystallise and images or impressions form,
Bringing that thought into focus.
You share this idea with your new friend and they make it obvious they would love to have fun with this.
This is an exciting new game,
An adventure that you are both excited and eager to get started.
With a wave of your friend's hand,
Like a magician,
You see an opening or a doorway appear.
Both you and your friend walk forward and step through the door or opening,
Bringing you into the desired scene in which your dream is manifested.
Wow,
How amazing.
You see it in all its colour and detail.
The sights,
The sounds,
The textures,
The feeling is actually happening.
What is in this scene?
Take a moment to look around.
Take in the details.
What objects,
Buildings,
Maybe plants are around you?
What colours or textures do you notice?
Are there people or animals?
Or are you on your own?
What are they doing?
More importantly,
What are you doing?
What are you doing?
What are you doing?
What sounds are you picking up?
What sounds are you picking up?
What smells accompany the objects and the scene around you?
Immerse yourself now.
How are you feeling?
Really allow yourself to get into that feeling state as though it is happening right now.
Feel the joy and the amazement and the gratitude that it's finally here.
Feel the excitement.
Your friend next to you is so overjoyed.
They love what you have created with their help.
You begin to interact with this new landscape or scene,
Having fun and enjoying this dream come true.
With each breath out,
The scene becomes more and more vivid.
The colours get brighter and the sounds more crisp.
Give yourself a few moments to see the scene playing out.
What sounds are you picking up?
What sounds are you picking up?
Your friend is delighting in the new sights and sounds and enjoying this experience with you.
Whenever you desire,
Your friend can wave their hand.
Like a genie,
They can grant your wishes just by thinking about them,
Adding more to the scene.
You may see yourself interacting,
Playing out whatever it is you desire and your friend next to you is enjoying playing in the scene too.
When you are done,
Your friend pulls out a camera to take the perfect selfie of you both arms around each other,
Smiling in the scene.
They produce a photo with a message saying thank you and signed with love and their name.
They hand it to you to keep and remember the fun you have had.
They say they want to play with you again and that they are always a thought away and that you just need to use your imagination to gateway to your creative powers to harness your ability to manifest.
The energy of money has formed a relationship with you and you are now able to connect with them anytime,
Engaging in imaginary play whenever you wish to through this process.
Using imagination in a playful way,
You are now already bringing your dreams into reality,
Drawing prosperity to you.
Over the weeks and months you will notice this shift.
You may return to this meditation anytime to further reinforce and instil this sense of connection within you.
For now it is time to return back to your everyday consciousness as you integrate into your body.
You feel a great sense of expansion and lightness to your being and this energy is immersing into your future timeline.
You see your sense,
Your future self,
Readjusting to this new connection and making new choices aligned to this playful,
Abundant flow of money into your life as a means to opening doorways and creating your vision.
Now it is time for you and your friend to return and go back through the door or opening.
Come back to the beautiful relaxing scene and then allow that scene to fade,
Retaining the very real and tangible connection you have to money as your new play buddy.
Feel into your body,
Feel the movements within your body and feel the surface beneath you.
Feel a great sense of positive energy flowing through you as you begin to become more and more alert.
Your friend is integrated within your presence now and you get a sense that although the scene has been released,
It is not goodbye for you and your relationship to them for they are within you and they are around you.
That beautiful,
Happy,
Playful essence is accessible to you whenever you take action involving money,
Bringing an abundant flow to you now and always.
