Helen has been teaching meditation since 2010. Her main focus is mindfulness practices. Helen is an MBSR teacher, having studied at Mindful Academy, Solterreno. and she offers mbsr courses both in person (in Auroville, India) and online as well as short retreats in mindfulness kindfulness. She also teaches yoga nidra and tonglen practices. Helen is fascinated by how emerging neuroscience shines new light on the ancient wisdom. She studied Happiness and Positive Psychology at RMIT University and is currently investigating the impact of different kindness interventions. She is also a Mindfulness Coach. Helen lives in Auroville, India where she aspires to integrate these teachings - along with those of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother - into all aspects of her life. The offerings are shared through her work at Inner Sight (an Auroville activity).
