Sit or lie down comfortably,

Close your eyes.

I created this meditation for you from the need of the heart.

In the background you will hear subtle theta and delta waves,

Frequencies that naturally calm the mind,

Soul,

Down thoughts and wrap the body in deep relaxation.

Let the gentle sounds take care of you,

Bring your attention to your breath,

Do not change it,

Simply observe,

Exhale,

With each breath feel yourself coming back to you,

Scan your body from top to bottom,

Where do you feel tension,

Is there fear somewhere,

Do not judge,

Now direct your breath to that place,

Your breath know how to return to harmony,

With every breath the fear melts,
