A Prayer for Strength and Victory over the Enemy Heavenly Father,
I come before you today,
Grateful for the victory you have already won.
Your word reminds me that the enemy is a deceiver,
An accuser,
And a ruler of darkness,
But he has no power over me because of Jesus' triumph on the cross.
Thank you for setting me free and for calling me to walk in the light of your truth.
Lord,
I know that the enemy still tries to discourage,
Distract,
And weaken me,
But I refuse to give him a foothold in my heart or mind.
I put on the armor you have given me,
The shield of faith,
The breastplate of righteousness,
The helmet of salvation,
And the sword of the Spirit.
Clothe me in your strength so that I may stand firm against every scheme and lie of the enemy.
Help me to recognize when fear,
Doubt,
Or discouragement try to take root,
And remind me that I am more than a conqueror through Christ.
Fill me with wisdom and discernment,
That I may walk boldly in faith,
Trusting in your power and not my own.
Let your presence be my constant refuge,
And may your truth guide my steps each day.
I declare that no weapon formed against me shall prosper.
My confidence is in you alone,
Lord.
Thank you for surrounding me with your love,
Protecting me with your peace,
And strengthening me with your might.
I choose to stand in your light,
Knowing that in you I am victorious.
